PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS ONLY (see membership page for more information). Instructor costs are in addition to membership costs.

We have a good range of horses and sympathetic instructors, who will do their best to understand your goals and concerns. Many of our instructors have been here for several years and are only too pleased to help you to develop and improve your riding skills.

We offer 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour private lessons. We can also offer semi-private lessons - but prefer private lessons for beginners.

Our instructors will also take you out on private or semi-private hacks once you are competent enough. The hacks will be on Stockbridge Down, to which we have direct access (with no road work).

We have 2 outdoor arenas with a rubber surface and floodlights for evening lessons in the winter. Please note that we ride in all weathers. If the weather is bad, we can offer you a stable management lesson if you would prefer to stay dry! You can learn how to groom and look after your horse.

All clients must have their own hat (current standard), boots and whips.
